Member of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Investment Institutions Munir Yakubov is a recognized expert in investment banking services, with over 15 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), privatization, IPOs, and corporate finance. He is the founder and CEO of Portfolio Investments, one of Uzbekistan’s leading investment advisory firms specializing in deal structuring and attracting foreign investment.

Aymuratov Bekpolat has experience in various positions in the justice system, including the position of head of the Center for the Protection of Intellectual Property in Tashkent, consulting companies, providing legal support for the implementation of the project XIII Tashkent International Film Festiva, has a bachelor and master degree in International business law from the University of World Economy and Diplomacy. Currently, he is an independent scholar at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy for a PhD in Law.
